Covers the Dallas Serve Team and Host Team plans plus the four Next Gen plans (Youth, Littles, Bigs, Wonder). Accepted = confirmed in Planning Center; Awaiting = unconfirmed. Rows marked ~ were reconstructed after the fact from each request’s created/answered timestamps rather than observed by a 6pm run — they exist so this tab wasn’t empty on day one. Planning Center only stores a response’s latest status, so in a reconstructed row someone who accepted and later declined reads as declined the whole way through. Observed rows carry no mark and are exact.

Method: acceptance timing uses each confirmed request’s response timestamp from Planning Center (converted to Central Time) across the Sundays of Jun 7 – Jul 26, all five Dallas plans combined. “Accepted by Sunday” counts confirmations made on or before that service day. A response only stores its latest status change, so someone who accepted then declined counts as a decline. The day-by-day view counts every acceptance in the window Jun 1 – Jul 28 (10 earlier stragglers excluded); each refresh keeps a rolling window of at least the last 8 completed weeks so the full picture is always available.
